Welcome to GymBerry, a mobile fitness application operated by Zentori Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GymBerry (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
1. About GymBerry
GymBerry is a workout‑tracking and fitness‑recommendation app that provides:
Personalised exercise suggestions (sets, reps, weights, patterns)
AI‑generated coaching insights
Workout summaries and improvement suggestions
General exercise information
Tools for logging workouts and creating personal notes
GymBerry does not provide medical advice. See Section 10 for details.
2. Eligibility
To use GymBerry, you must:
Be at least 13 years old
Create an account with accurate information
Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. User Accounts
To access GymBerry, you must create an account. You agree to:
Keep your login details secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
GymBerry operates on a monthly subscription model.
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are handled by:
Apple App Store (for iOS users)
Google Play Store (for Android users)
We do not process or store payment information directly.
4.2 Renewals & Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple and Google, not Zentori Ltd.
4.3 RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat does not process payments but helps verify your entitlement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer the App
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to access data you are not authorised to view
We may take action, including account suspension, if these rules are violated.
6. User‑Generated Content
GymBerry allows you to create personal notes related to workouts and exercises.
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to store and process it solely for operating the App.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect and process:
Name
Analytics data (via Google services)
Workout data and personal notes
Future updates may introduce optional fields such as gender.
We do not integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, or other external fitness platforms.

8. Third‑Party Services
GymBerry uses several third‑party services to operate:
Supabase (database, authentication)
OpenAI (AI coaching and workout summaries)
Vercel (hosting)
YouTube API (exercise‑related content)
RevenueCat (subscription management)
These services may process data according to their own policies. We are not responsible for their actions.
9. AI‑Generated Content
GymBerry uses AI to provide:
Workout summaries
Improvement suggestions
Exercise information
General fitness insights
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree not to rely solely on AI‑generated content when
making decisions about your health or fitness.
10. Not Medical Advice
GymBerry provides fitness guidance only.
The App does not:
Provide medical advice
Diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
Replace professional medical consultation
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme or if you have health concerns.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, features, and functionality in GymBerry are owned by Zentori Ltd or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
12. Feature Changes & Updates
We may modify, update, or remove features at any time, including:
AI capabilities
Data fields
Integrations
Subscription pricing
App functionality
We will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
13. Availability & Disclaimer
GymBerry is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error‑free
The App will always be available
Workout data will always sync or save correctly
AI outputs will be accurate
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Zentori Ltd is not liable for:
Loss of data
Loss of profits or business
Indirect or consequential damages
Decisions made based on AI‑generated content
Issues caused by third‑party services
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
We discontinue the service
You may delete your account at any time.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
